Inertia (Cabernet Sauvignon)- Rich deep flavor of Plumb, Bing cherry, and Chocolate. This is an elegant style Cab rather than a tannic monster (Phil not a fan of heavy tannic wines). Phil's Fav.
Barbera- Grown from a small vineyard in Amador County this wine shows great balance of structure and flavor. Balanced acid with lovely fruit flavors. Cherry, raspberry.
Old Clone Zinfandel- 100% estate and 100% Zinfandel. The original vines were planted in the late 1970's. Those vines and that budwood is used throughout the Zin vineyard.
A classic, not over ripe, zinfandel. Pepper, Plumb, Cherry, balanced subtle oak with tender tannins.
40% Zinfandel 30% Syrah 25% Pinot Noir 5% Petite Sirah
Jacks Blend 12- 40% Zinfandel, 30% Syrah, 25% Pinot Noir, 5% Petite Sirah. Loaded with red fruit and spice. A lovely blend making a mouth filling delightful red table wine.
