Inertia (Cabernet Sauvignon)- Rich deep flavor of Plumb, Bing cherry, and Chocolate. This is an elegant style Cab rather than a tannic monster (Phil not a fan of heavy tannic wines). Phil's Fav.
Old Clone Zinfandel- 100% estate and 100% Zinfandel. The original vines were planted in the late 1970's. Those vines and that budwood is used throughout the Zin vineyard.
A classic, not over ripe, zinfandel. Pepper, Plumb, Cherry, balanced subtle oak with tender tannins.
