Our 2017 Solstice Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in 3 different containers to create a rich, complex mouthfeel. This fruit forward SB was fermented in 50% French oak (15% new), 30% concrete egg and 20% stainless steel. The 2017 is an extremly rich and dense Sauv Blanc and will stand up to just about any meal that you want to pair it with. Enjoy sunshine in a glass.
