Our 2013 Petite Sirah is made from 100% estate fruit. Planted in three different blocks, one of which is dry farmed, we capitalize on the diversity of our terrain and the complexity that it creates in the wine. You'll smell black pepper and lavender on the nose and taste Dark fruit flavors like blueberries and black cherries on the palate. With tannins that give structure but are mature and smooth, this is a bottle to be enjoyed now or can be laid down for a few year.

The home Cabernet Franc vineyard, (planted in 1998) is beginning to produce some really wonderful Cabernet Franc. This 2014 is rich, dark, and opulent with a wonderful aroma and a nice long finish. The lovely 2015 growing season produced a Petite that is rich, opulent and ready to drink.  50% of the fruit for this wine came from our dry farmed vines, (which means we don’t irrigate them) so the wine is concentrated and full bodied, while the other 50% came from our head trained hill side vines, which imprints an aromatic spice character.   Dark spices of chocolate and pepper swirl out of the glass while blackberry pie and root beer await your palate.  Although being known as an age-worthy variety, this bottling is ready to enjoy now with hearty pastas, grilled meats or hard cheeses.  But don’t be afraid to age this one as well.  Treats will reveal themselves for years to come.

The 2016 Chardonnay is crafted with Chardonnay lovers in mind.  In developing our own technique (ask me sometime), we produce a rich, full bodied, and creamy Chardonnay (with a smattering of butter).  The 2016 is loaded with aromas of graham cracker, toast and vanilla, while in the mouth, ripe green apple and pineapple jam swoon the senses.  We consider this a young wine, so decant for half an hour to reveal its generous character.  For a real treat, stock up on several bottles and watch it age beautifully.

Our 2016 Solstice Sauvignon Blanc is a new world take on the varietal with a nod to classic examples.  This wine is fermented in 3 different vessels to showcase the complexities that SB can offer.  50% was fermented in a concrete egg, 30% fermented in new, large format french oak, and 20%, fermented in stainless steel.  This bottling offers flavors of white peach and grapefruit.  It's balanced, with a fresh, clean finish and a slightly mineral quality to it.  Enjoy with fish tacos, green salad, or anything with goat cheese.

This Sauternes style bottle from California is a very special wine. The fruit was affected with the "noble rot" known as Botrytis Cinerea. A mold that only grows when conditions are just right. This wine is nothing short of amazing. Rich, smooth flavors of dried apricot, pecan, and honeycomb explode from the glass. This blend of 70% Semillion and 30% Sauvignon Blanc is bound to charm and delight all who taste it.
